No reservations, where to go?

Looking for a place to eat Saturday night but I don't have reservations anywhere (and appears too late to get anything decent).

Suggestions? Would prefer someplace busy where you can also settle in for a couple hours. (i.e. not too quick and casual).

I've been to Black Hoof many times but would prefer somewhere new.

If you're looking for a place near Queen West, Parkdale, Ossington, Little Italy, Annex:
Red Fish, Cowbell, Grace, Enoteca Maiolino, Boehmer and Tati currently have availability at 7 pm.

The Saint on Ossington currently has a table for 2 available at 6:30 pm.

Not sure about availablity, but Edulis is cozy and the staff is very friendly.

They are tiny I highly doubt they will have a table

swish by han (maybe not that great for 'settling in'), cava, bestellen, the playpen, the saint, fishbar, lee...all have reservations available on open table.
i've been to all of the above...if you can get a booth at the saint, i find that it's cozy with great service and allows for leisurely meal).

Thanks, I'll look into The Saint. Have heard mixed things about most of those (I had already checked Opentable) except Cava, but it's a pain for me to get there.

I don't think you could go wrong with Cava, Bestellen or The Saint. If you like the Ossington area there is also Delux which is a great little bistro. Down the street is the County General no resos there that's not an issue.
