Pappardelle

Looking for the best pappardelle entree in Las Vegas. Any recommendations are appreciated.

    Scarpetta. Any of the pastas at Scarpetta are outstanding. I believe the Vintner Grill off the strip has a wild boar bolognese version, but its been a while since we've been.
