Need a Lebanese restaurant in Brooklyn or Queens???

What are the best places to go for a sit down dinner.

Need to give Tanoreen another try as I wasnt blown away.
But first I wan to try Bab Al Yemen also in Bay Ridge. Anyone been?

Wafa's in Forest Hills for sure.

Tanoreen in Brooklyn or Wafa's in Queens both equally great. Tanoreen has a much bigger space depending on the experience you want.

Tanoreen and Safa's are the two that usually top everybody's lists. I've been hearing more about Tripoli but have not yet visited.

Went to Tanoreen and it was great. Not Lebanese, its Palestinian, but they were very very happy.

There are probably others, but Tanoreen comes to mind.

Our favorites in Brooklyn are:
Tanoreen & Sally and George's both in Bay Ridge a few blocks from one another.
On Atlantic Ave we like Tripoli which is old school and not fancy but has great food.
All three are authentic Lebanese/Syrian restaurants.
If you want to head to Manhattan try Byblos or Al Bustan.
Of all these I would say Tanoreen is without a doubt #1.
