Thanks everyone, I found it at Formaggio for the low low price of $18.95 (yipes). After tasting it, I kind of feel like I could have ground up fennel seeds and achieved the same effect, but it was a fun quest nonetheless.
A butternut squash caponata recipe from Mario Batali. I have never watched "The Chew" but randomly caught it on the other day and he was making it and it looked intriguing. I'll let you know how it works out!
