Recipe for cold pulled beef "salad"?
Several years ago, I attended a conference at a Hilton in DC. One of the buffet dishes was unforgettable, and I have never been able to duplicate it. Would very much appreciate some input!
I do remember this: it was pulled beef and mixed into it was tiny bits of onion, cilantro, and diced avocado....and it was served cold to be either eaten as a salad or on a roll. I'm thinking lots of the buffet items had a Cuban or spanish flavor to them. TIA!!
