Can I make impossible coconut pie with coconut milk or cream?

Lately I've issues with lactose or dairy or something...has anyone tried subbing in coconut milk with success?

I have never done this specifically but have often subbed coconut milk for cow's. Thin to consistency of milk.

Should work but you need to dilute you Coconut milk I would think by half
