Great Restaurants that offer Delivery Overnight to all US States?

I know of some great Chicago Pizzeria's that offer overnight delivery like Lou Malnatti. Joe's Stone Crab in Florida, or Peter Luger's in Brooklyn. What are other's that are worth considering dishing out the money for if you can't travel there anytime soon that ship their food overnight?

Malnati's is a bit deceptive because you get a packaged frozen Malnati's (not quite the same animal). It's still very good (sent packages regularly to my kids at college), but it's a product that's mass-produced for the mail order crowd. They sell through Tastes of Chicago which has a variety of offerings from Chicago restaurants. Surprisingly good values considering shipping is included (e.g. 6 pizzas delivered for just over $100).

What are you expecting to be delivered? Luger's has a store that ships raw steaks, but as far as I know, you can't get the potatoes delivered. They don't send you a meal.
