Leftover Cheesecake Batter ideas

I have about 5 cups of cheesecake batter left over after already baking 2 pies! I dont want to make more cakes, so any ideas what i can whip up with that extra batter?
I'm also a student on a budget so simple recipes with inexpensive ingredients is what I am looking for

    Spoon. Mouth. Swallow.

    Repeat as necessary.

Assuming the batter has raw egg, nay to the non-cooked suggestions for anyone concerned about possible contamination.

You can go get some vanilla wafers and put them in the bottom of a cupcake liner, then pour the batter on top of that and bake it. You'll get little mini cheesecake/cupcakes. I also get the break and bake cookie dough and cut each piece in half, then drop it in the bottom of the cupcake liner and bake it briefly before I pour the cheesecake on top. I like doing that better. You can use any flavor of cookie, too.

Swirl it onto the top of a pan of brownie batter and bake. Bonus: they'll freeze well.

Cheesecake swirled brownies are soooooo good. You can also sprinkle a small amount of mini chocolate chips on top so that there are little speckles of brown in the cheesecake part. The swirls also look really pretty!

In the same vein, you can also make cheesecake swirled muffins (with a chocolate base, or even a pumpkin base since it's in season right now).

                This was my suggestion.
