International Deli/Grocery Store in Niagara

Does anyone where the closest international deli or grocery store is in the Niagara Region?
At the moment, I'm looking for green cardamom pods, so if anyone knows of a grocery store that carries that, would be great. However, in the long term, it would be nice to know where I can find an international grocery store, where I'd be able to find a variety of ethnic foods and ingredients.
