restaurant with private room needed in Barcelona
We will be going for a family event next fall, and need to find a restaurant with a private room for lunch in the Gothic quarter to hold 30 on a Saturday . I will also need a restaurant, preferably tapas, for 30 that evening for dinner.
Any suggestions appreciated. Price not too much of a concern.

A quick search on BCNRestaurantes shows 4 restaurants in the Barri Gotic that fit your criteria. Of the 4, Can Culleretes is the only one generally considered chowish.

As for the tapas place, 30 is going to be really hard to do. Most places don't have that much room or take reservations. You would just have to make a list of large tapas places and try your luck, but you would probably end up having to split up your group.
