Augusta Grill, Greenville, SC

  • 0

It was so nice to accidently end up at the Augusta Grill while trying to entertain a guest from out of town who lives in the northeast and is surrounded by outstanding restaurants.

We'd had a series of uninspiring meals downtown and I was ready for some food with some real flavor.

Luckily for us we lucked out going to the Augusta Grill after getting lost trying to find another place. I moved here from Charleston and I'd say this restaurant is definitely Charleston caliber. I had duck with an interesting sauce. It was perfectly cooked and flavored. It came with just a few green beans which were also good. It would have been nice to have had more vegetables with the duck. That is my only complaint.

I will definitely be going back. Hopefully it isn't the only decent restaurant in the Upstate.
