Mandarin Bay Seafood Replaces Capital Seafood In Rowland Heights

I think we beat the Yelpers on this one, as I couldn't find any mention of this changeover. I'm not sure whether if this is one of those infamous name changes or a truly new operation, as they are operating off old Capital Seafood menus (which doesn't mean anything in and of itself). Also I hadn't been here in at least 10 years, so I can't tell if anything is different. Almost 100 lunch special items under $7, and I have to say it's a pretty good deal. Adjacent to the 99 Ranch Market, 1015 S. Nogales St., next to Class 302.
