Agape Substance

As mentioned on a previous post I will be in Paris in early December and I am putting the finishing touches on my restaurant reservations. One question I have is I read that Chef David Toutain will be leaving Agape Substance on December 1, 2012, and was wondering if I should be concerned about making a reservation for a date after then? I haven't read anything that raises this issue but just inquiring form people in the know!

Had not yet made a reservation so I decided to go to Le Galopin, and had a fantastic meal. Will be reporting back on a number of outstanding meals and one slight disappointment once I get caught-up at work and with all the hoilday stuff.
