Where can I get a drink before/after dinner at Torrisi?

I have dinner (chef's tasting) at 6:15 tonight and was looking for a good spot for a glass of champagne before dinner and a spot for a nightcap after dinner. Any suggestions?

There are some wonderful champagne based cocktails at Pegu Club, which opens at 5pm.

Other cocktail bars nearby are The Daily, The Randolph at Broome, and 1534.

I like the atmosphere at Mother's Ruin, which is more of a drinks place, though I'm sure you can get a glass of champagne.
