Just put the "Bleeping" Turkey in the Oven! A Thanksgiving Primer.

I changed the name cause I thought the moderators wouldn't allow how they have it listed on youtube:

Just put the F*cking Turkey in the Oven

I love this lady! She tells it like it is..............Right to the point and simplified!!

"Just remember....it's just a f*cking turkey!!! Just stick in the oven and enjoy yourself!!!!"

Thanks for the post! I love her attitude. A person who isn't afraid of cooking will always cook better food.

Priceless! Thanks so much for posting, I hope a lot of people follow her (excellent) advice.

What the hell. We cannot have reasonable, sensible advice -- it's the freakin holidays!!

Seriously, where was this lady on Nov. 6? I may have voted for the wrong person. :)

While I disagree that all turkey tastes bad/like cardboard, I LOVE her sentiment! So many of my colleagues are amazed that I not only host the big day but that love to host. I love thanksgiving and think it is the biggest "no brainer" meal out there. So from now on I am going to tell them to just put the f'ing turkey in the oven and keep the wine flowing.

That is priceless!! Champagne, and pinot seem to make the turkey taste better. She is funny.

Good video, I would go to dinner at her house.

I frequently think the same thing about some of the hand wringing posts here. Just make it and try it. The world won't end if you ruin a few dollars worth of ingredients.
