Did Chada get their liquor license?

Did Chada get their liquor license or is it still BYOB? A month ago it seemed it was "any day now" but I see from some recent comments that it still not. Anybody know?

Just to make sure someone doesn't get the wrong impression when doing a search, Chada now has its wine and beer license.
