No Bake Cranberry Recipe

I am bringing fresh Cape Cod cranberries to the Caribbean tomorrow and want to prepare a nice dish that is no bake. I am a guest at a T Giving gathering. I don't have an oven but do have a cooktop. Thanks in advance. I have a BBQ but it's not in good shape so cooktop is my only option.

Why not a simple chutney? So many variation but you could easily make a one with just cranberries, sugar and oranges. Where in the Caribbean- any local fruits you could add?

Will you have access to a stove top or micro? There are lots of no bake pies and bars but they often require one or the other.

I have a stove top and microwave. Chutney sounds good. I have access to mangoes, apples, pineapples (Bonaire/Dutch Caribbean)
