Saddle of lamb

Does anyone have a favorite butcher where one may procure an entire lamb saddle?

I will most likely speak to the butcher at Makkah Market (43rd & Walnut) today about reserving one for Thanksgiving weekend, but there is a bit of a language barrier. I plan to bring in my CIA meat-cutting book to attempt to get my point across, but considering his specific cultural tradition, it may not be a successful conversation.
