Barcelona - question about Comerç 24
I've read that this is a tapas bar (and it sounds amazing - thanks to BF for the tip) but also that it takes hours to have a meal there, so I'm a little confused. Can someone who has been tell me if it is possible to pop in and have a few tapas for an hour in the early evening or mid-afternoon? Thanks very much in advance for any info you can give me.

It is not a proper tapas bar.
it serves small(er) plates, that is why people consider it a tapas place. You can try popping in, but I would assume calling ahead would be better (just in case).
You might want to try their proper tapas bar : Tapas24, which is what you might be looking for.
Max.

re: Maximilien
We did end up at Tapas24, and had a great meal. Thanks so much for the suggestion. My husband and Lulu especially loved the bikini24 (hope I have that name right) the grilled ham, mozzarella and truffle sandwich. I loved a special of the night - sauteed squid with maybe more truffles and a runny egg on top. Very very good. And then just the regular stuff was nice too.
