another missing recipe question
99% sure it was from epicurious. simple gravy with white wine or vermouth, onion, fat, and stock. no giblets. and i don't think there was any deglazing with the wine because i typically roast wings in advance in a glass pan and use the drippings from that...... cannot find it anywhere. and i accidentally asked my password to be reset to a email address that doesn't exist. i'm sure i could "wing it" (nyuck nyuck nyuck), but i'd prefer to have the recipe. any help would be greatly appreciated. and i don't know why i can't find it on epicurious.
