I have fallen head over heals in love with Ethiopian Food. I just can't get enough. I really want to learn how to make it at home. I have made a couple of things here and there, but it's hard to find recipes that really seem to be traditional and tasty.
Any suggestions for a good cookbook to help me out?
OR even a good website with lots of recipes?

Marcus Samuelsson's "The Soul of a New Cuisine" highlights North African food, including some Ethiopian recipes. It is a gorgeous book, actually, with lovely photography and information on ingredients and cooking. It is not all Ethiopian and it also includes some modern versions of traditional recipes but it is worthwhile nonetheless. Everything I have made from the book has been delightfully flavourful.
