The cheese industry has certainly been heavily hit up here....yet it has made for some incredible scores at the same time. Exhibit A, 7lbs wheels of Chalav Yisroel Danublu Blue cheese at Restaurant Depot $4 per lb for these wheels (I bought all 10;-). Danublu only does a single kosher batch every year come Pesach time, I guess the distributors had to dip into the kosher batch to fill their non-kosher purchase orders. Generally this cheese is very hard to find CY in large wheels and even then starts anywhere between $10-18 per lb.

RD in mt vernon is where I first picked up....the hoboken NJ depot had as well. The teudah caught my eye as I was rushing through. Take a morning off and come visit chef, happy to put your name on one of these...the dude abides

What a shame. I buy a lot of the company's products. I wonder if this will affect Costco's stock
