I made stuffing outside of turkey and baked it uncovered. It is very dry. How can I fluff it up and moisterize it?
I usually cover it while baking, and then uncover only for the last five -10 minutes. Make sure there's ample stock with the dressing - i also add in some browned sausage or crisped beef fry for added moisture.
Soak it in stock and reheat it.
