definitely monkfish, make pate out of his liver! Search "ankimo" foie gras of the sea!

I think it's a monkfish, too. It tastes a bit like lobster and there are many ways of cooking it.. great for a curry etc. It's usually fairly expensive in the UK, but it's delicious.
