My two options are Pomelo Thai in Burlington and Sweet Smoke BBQ on the Oakville/Burlington border

Sweet Smoke has good BBQ, but also some of the BEST desserts I have ever tasted. Their Blackout cake and Lemon Meringue tart are not to be missed!

Sakai sushi on Fairview, Kori's roti in Oakville, Bombay Grill (Burlington) for Indian, Chuck's or Randy's burgers in Hamilton, NaRoma pizza or (Earth to Table) Bread Bar pizza from Locke St., Hamilton, Red Rockets wings (Hamilton).

Orange Chicken & Singapore noodles from Le Chinois (Brant St. Power Centre). Not sure if that's still open or not.
Used to be my go-to quick dinner when I lived in Burlington!
