Rural Restaurant....Flushing

Having read so much about this place, on this website from posters such as Scoop G, and from Bob Sietsema, etc, I am anxiously anticipating a dinner here. The cumin lamb looks pretty exemplary and the whole flounder looks revelatory as well. The tofu sheets with hot pepper looks great too. Is Chef Liu from Shenyang? He seems like a visionary
