I die for these bad boys. Anyone have any idea how to make them at home? Thinking of them for Thanksgiving....

If you want carmelized brussels sprouts, cut them in half, toss with a bit of olive oil and salt & pepper and put in the over at 400 degrees until desired doneness.

I have a mnemonic that I use... Four Twenty Five For Twenty Five.

Though actually it often requires more time to get the good crispy char. But you're definitely right about the OO&S. Then feel free to toss them in the fish sauce vinaigrette as jester says below, if you wish.

im pretty sure that they are deep fried and tossed with fish sauce-like vinagrette, and fried shallots.

That's easier except for the fried shallots part. The shallots take about 25 minutes to fry themselves.
