Restaurants with Artichoke Dish on the Menu?

Hi,

Can anyone think of a restaurant that has an artichoke dish on the menu? Either appetizer or entree.

I have an artichoke lover coming into town. :)

Some guests recently went crazy over the carciofi alla giudia at Trattoria dell'Arte near Carnegie Hall.

We had an artichoke ala Romana antipasti and and linguine with artichokes and guanciale at Otto yesterday. Both were superb.

I would avoid the artichoke pizza at Artichoke. Overwhelming creamy dip blech.

Would recommend the Ortolana pizza at Don Antonio; they also have it on the menu at Keste, and though I prefer Keste overall (much warmer service) the ortolana was better at Don Antonio.
