Savory Maza Scranton PA
On a recent road trip to Syracuse we stopped @ Savory Maza in Scranton PA.
Absolutely fabulous treasure!! Authentic Lebanese restaurant run by a very nice Lebanese family.
We started with babaganough, hummus and an unusual appetizer of tiny stuffed pickled eggplant.
They had a special squash soup that was very tasty.
For entrees we got falafel and kibbee sanayeh which were both perfectly cooked.
Totally fresh ingredients and even home made baklava!!! Mmmmmmmmmmm!!!
