Nadolski's Butcher CLOSING - today last day

He is going away as a retail operation, strictly going to be supplying restaurants and wholesale now.

That is a tough blow for foodies out in Goochland and even the surrounding counties in the Richmond VA area. Was great to have a real butcher, they made it for 4 years.

Apparently they arent even going through Thanksgiving,so folks who pre-ordered turkeys will be getting refunds.

WHAT!?!?!? Our turkey is ordered from there. We get nearly all of our meat there!

    Where did you hear this?

Saw it on Facebook and from another friend who is on their email list. I would definitely call them

I verified via Facebook also :-( I was able to get another turkey through Good Foods, but I would love to know the story. I was discussing Christmas tenderloin with him this past weekend.

Very sad day and very sudden. But I guess there was probably a lot of outlay for Thanksgiving stuff, and maybe thanksgiving orders were way down.

Thankfully PenskeFan gave me the head's up as they called YESTERDAY to tell me I would need to get a turkey elsewhere.
