RECIPE for no bake pumpkin cheesecake - no cool whip

hi - i have people over tomorrow lunch - i have 2 x 8 ounce cream cheese on hand - the ginger cookies for the crust - pumpkin can, sugar, spices - but no coolwhip. ugh

i don't have any gelatin on hand (do they still sell that in small towns?)

any recipe - ps NO EGGS - the guests cannot eat eggs on religious / cultural grounds, from what i understand
