anywhere that makes fresh-cut sweet potato fries?

i feel like all the sweet potato fries i've had in SF have all been the same frozen sysco product (which, to be fair, is actually pretty tasty) but was wondering if there was anywhere that steps it up to a new level

The sweet-potato fries at Miss Pearl's are excellent. They seemed more irregular than I'd expect from Sysco.
