Havana for New Year's Eve
Any suggestions for New Year's Eve in Havana? We're in Havana for 5 nights so recommendations beyond New Year's are appreciated!

I have stopped recommending paladares because they all get shut down when it appears they are succeeding. There are 5 or 6 in Vedado and a little west in Miramar that endure, in the old mansions, because they have connections. El Floridita, a state-owned restaurant as most are, is a pretty cool place. Beautiful wide mahogany bar. Musicians and ice cream vendors will greet you, in and out.
