I make a sauteed corn dish, which my family loves. It started with this recipe, which is a rice dish (love it too) but have made it just as the sauteed vegetables. No matter how much I make, it always gets devoured.

I did the same thing! 52 ears of corn stripped and frozen. I will be making Ruhlman's baked corn. I served this last year and it was a huge hit.
