Best cocktail bars

I'm going to be in Atlanta later this week, staying in the downtown area. Can anyone recommend a high-end cocktail bar? What are the best places? Ideally I'd like to go somewhere where the bartenders really know what they are doing, are doing creative things building on classic cocktails, etc.

      Halo in midtown.
      Or head to Restaurant Eugene or Holeman and Finch.
      They have great mixologists.
      Lots of restaurants in ATL have bartenders who really know what they are doing and will make you whatever you want. Near midtown: Ecco, 4th and Swift
