I'm a glutton for punishment and just morbidly curious, I suppose, LOL! Joe B is supposed to be in the NYC open call on Saturday and I'm starting to prep for my dish tonight.

Suffice to say it involves several pork ingredients sourced from my mom's small farm in New York state.
