Dun Bheagan Laphroaig 10 yr sherry finish

ncyankee101 Nov 7, 2012 12:03 AM

Curious to see if anyone has had this, as I can find no meaningful reviews. $43 at Astor wine + spirits makes it rather interesting, as Laphroaig Quarter Cask is one of my favorites.

I saw that, but he considers 1792 to be a very good Bourbon (I have a bottle and find it bland and mediocre) and seems to pan the regular Laphroaig 10 yr, so I don't consider it a credible review.

Some of the links on that site are, um, "cocktail" related, and not in the bittered sling sense. ;)

Haven't tried that one - but in general I prefer port wine or Madeira finish to sherry.
