Hot New Hot Sauce in Town!

Picked up a bottle of Salsa Diablo @ Sunrise Produce the other day after having noticed that it's produced locally-by Los Tacos Cafe 164 W. Hastings St.

An intriguing blend of straightforward Latin American style sauce with Caribbean blend of spices to smooth out the chile & vinegar.

(sorry to say this but.....) it would make a great gift for the upcoming holiday season-only $2.49/bottle.

Anyone seen or tried the Thai shark brand sriracha?

Will have to check it out, my love affair with sriracha is slowly fading, need something new to keep the tastebuds jumping.

They now have a Green sauce-quite a pale green-and like most green sauces quite a pale flavour-perfect for some things but not my all time fave.

And speaking of Sunrise Produce they are also the only place I know of to carry Rana hot sauce from Saudi-cheap & tasty!
