D'Lite Pho Lee Hainan Chicken

I'm looking for a replacement for D'lite Pho Lee's Hainan Chicken. The restaurant closed over the summer but i'm still craving some of their dishes (Bun, Hainan Chicken). I've been looking through the forums looking and it seems like everyone is suggesting Savoy. I was wondering if anyone knows of a place to serves Hainan Chicken more like D'lite Pho Lee and their three sauces.

I know what traditional Hainan Chicken tastes like and my mom makes it but I was wondering if it was a Vietnamese way of cooking it or something. So in summary, I'm looking for a replacement for my dearly beloved D'lite pho lee Hainan Chicken. Any suggestions??

I have never seen vietnamese style hainan chicken served with anything other than ginger fish sauce.

Savoy does the 3 sauce hainan chicken.
