I prefer meat on the bone and my husband doesn't. It occurred to me that I could probably make a braise that contains both.
Does he think he's supposed to eat the bone? :-)

I routinely make braised beef short ribs using boneless short ribs and bone in short ribs together. The bone adds flavor to the dish.
