Truffle butter
Does anyone know if and where I can buy truffle butter here in Montreal? I can order it online from D'Artagnan in the US but I'd rather buy it here if possible. Thanks.

Can I suggest you make it using truffle paste/shavings? Probably faster, fresher and cheaper
