Banh mi party?

My girlfriend and I recently made some Vietnamese pickles, and are thinking of using them in a banh mi party. What else should we serve? I was thinking of peanut butter dumplings and pho, and vietnamese iced coffee to drink. Does anyone know of some good alcoholic drinks, and maybe some other things to serve?

Bubble tea is the usual accompaniment for the great banh mis made by a hole-in-the-wall takeout market near me. Since the banh mi has strong ties to European sandwiches, I would recommend potato salad. Fruit sorbet and plain shortbread or sugar cookies for dessert.
