Looking for an especially good tapas place to the east/north east of Parc de la Ciutadella, Barcelona

I'd be grateful for any especially good tapas places that seem to have a heavy emphasis on seafood in Barcelona, but especially in that area. We will have our 6 year old daughter with us. She's an adventurous eater, but I do want to make sure children are allowed and will be comfortable (I know some places only have very high stools). Any recommendations?
