NOT another chain steak house

The wife and I spent the weekend in Vermont and Quebec and found a WONDERFUL steak house in Saint Agapit QC called Angus Zone. It is a stand-alone restaurant, not a chain. My wife's Filet Mignon melted in your mouth and I had the best Carpaccio I have had in years! It is easy to find, take exit 291 off highway 20/Trans-Canada Highway and go west 5 minutes and Angus Zone will be on the left.

They state on their web site that their steaks are aged for forty days. Do you know if they're dry-aged?

I couldn't say for sure, but I suspect so.
