rack of lamb

what's the best temp for cooked rack of lamb

  1. There is no best temperature....but I prefer Medium-Rare roasted @ 425* as a general rule for one or two racks,

    1. Bloody rare: 115 to 125 degrees F Rare: 125 to 130 degrees F Medium rare: 130 to 140 degrees F Medium: 140 to 150 degrees F

      Or do you mean for cooking rack of lamb?

      1. Pull it at 120-125 and let it rest for 10 minutes.
