Pop-Up Dinner Party in Chicago
My girlfriend's 40th birthday is approaching, and I'm looking to have a dinner party with 30 or so guests. I'm looking for a place to have it as well as a chef/staff/company to host and cook for it.
I went to a similar party hosted by http://clandestinodining.org/, and had a fantastic time. I reached out to the Clandestino folks but I'm not sure they are around anymore.
Does anyone have any input or thoughts about a chef/company that can put on an intimate dinner party for 30 ppl or so in Chicago?

Would you consider having this in the private room of a restaurant? (IMHO what makes a private party fun is not the place, but the people who attend. And restaurants have far better facilities setups for such occasions.)
