Great food, private room, party of 12?

Looking for a place to hold a 75th birthday dinner in December. Would like a private room, and hoping to stay in the Western suburbs, if possible. Several foodies in the group, so really want to keep them happy!!!! Any and all suggestions appreciated. Thank you!

Georges' in Wayne has a great private room. I think it's called the Garden Room. It's very pretty. I used that room for a 90th birthday party of about 20 people.

How about the Radnor Hotel. I have heard good things about the Glenmorgan bar and grill there and they definitely have private dining.

I personally have not dined there since the renovations several years ago.

Bistro La Minette has a very nice private room. Seats 20. Osteria also has a private room. Wonderful food at both. Philadelphia.

I didn't know Bistro La Minette had a private room. THERE'S your place! A true find if you don't mind not being in the Western suburbs.

Distrito on Chestnut St. is where my SIL had a birthday party for our daughter a few years ago. We had a 'secret' room behind the front desk that is cozy and just the right size for 12. The food was delicious and fun.
I'm not from Philly, but I really enjoyed the food, so I thought I'd share that with you.

You could consider taking over the entire restaurant at Sola in Bryn Mawr, which only has less than 12 tables, if it isn't over a Friday or Saturday. Food's excellent and Bryan, the owner, aims to please. It's worth a call.

Another possibility for taking over the restaurant is Fayette Street Grill or Blackfish, both in Conshohocken, which are also quite close by.

I feel like a broken record:
              Susannah Foo's in Radnor
              Yangming in Bryn Mawr
              Nectar in Berwyn
              Savona in Gulph Mills

Thanks. Other than Savona, any thoughts on non-Asian cuisine that will fit the bill?
