Watermelon radishes, kale, sweet potatoes, green tomatoes?

This is what came home from the farmers mkt. I was thinking of something stewlike and adding chicken thighs or pork. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

  1. - kale & sweet potato stew with andouille
    - fried green tomatoes
    - pickled radishes

    1. I was trying to use most of the items in one dish. The radishes are pink and white inside. Will they lose the color if they are cooked? Anyone know?

        I think they do lose their color if cooked. I have only eaten them raw in salads. They are very striking!
