My friend raves about Ho Sum Bistro and the chicken salad with red ginger dressing. Does anyone have the dressing recipe?

Nope. We came close through trial and error, but it's not exact.

So here's the recipe he came up with:
              1 C. Veggie oil
              1/3 C. Honey
              1 C. White vinegar
              1/4 C. Sesame seeds
              1/4 C. Minced ginger root
              1/4 tsp. minced garlic
              1 tsp. sesame oil
              1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes

I have never had the original dressing so I don't know how well it compares, but my friend is from SoCal and he says it's pretty close. Good luck!

Sounds delicious. Think it would work on tofu or some sort of seafood?

I don't know about tofu since I don't eat it, but I'm sure it would be good on seafood. Give it a try!
