Looking for Caputo OO pizza flour in NYC
I found an old thread with the same question, but the answers don't seem to be relevant anymore. The store where I used to buy it closed a few years ago and I do NOT need a 50+ pound bag from a restaurant supply. I used to buy 2-lb. bags, so I know they exist. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know. I was thinking of calling Eataly and the Italian place in Chelsea Market but have to wait until they are open again. Any others I should try?
